The phylogenetic tree was reconstructed using the minimum parsimony method implemented in the TNT program (v1.1). The best tree searching method used was based on "New Technology" involving sectorial search and tree fusing.

Graphical representation and edition of the phylogenetic tree were performed with TreeDyn (v198.3).
